Friendly staff, clean shop, conveniently located for me and well equipped however... the miss labeling and incorrect weighting 16 $ for 1 piece of garlic happened to me so many times and never in a way I paid less. It doesn't always make sense to return and clarify to get one or 2 dollars back but gosh how frustrating it is. Check your receipts guys :
I like going into this store all the staff are nice and friendly. My only problem is that the store itself needs to get it together as the prices have be incorrectly charged. When on special they still scanning up and shelves price.
Terrible attitude from the woman who I believe is in charge in your Deli. She spoke to me like I was one of her children she was annoyed at. She told the other woman working with her to carry on with what she was preparing and not serve me and I should come back in 7 minutes. I came back after getting my other items and the attitude was even worse and I still didn't get a simple pottle of coleslaw.
This is a smaller supermarket located in the heart of the community. It has a great bakery and butchery section and the staff are awesome. The drinks selection is vast and well stocked with both beers wine and ciders. They will also try and track down any special requests. Such amazing service. They have a really good selection of Gluten-free stuff. A really good local supermarket.
Best grocery delivery service. Fast and reliable. Excellent customer service! Personalised for substitutes. Thoroughly recommend.
Disgustingly overpriced. Did a comparison with countdown and pak n save on a few products we buy every week and there is upwards of $2 increase on each item. Even their On Special items are still overpriced and hardly available. And also no loyalty programme either. It's quite telling when even New World is cheaper.
Great range of craft beers, friendly staff.
Great to have a friendly little expansive Supermarket , despite it's size compared to larger stores, there's a wide variety of domestic needs and if you are an imbiber the variety of ales and wines is one of the best in Christchurch.Theres plenty of parking , a bank machine and small coffee bar .
Great store. Only problem is when they have sale priced items, they often sell quickly and don't have enough stock for other shoppers. Other than that, it's a great store.
Great local Supermarket with excellent staff on checkouts BUT sick of over baked goods in bakery department. French sticks were hard as nails today, fruitcake over cooked and dry last week, stopped buying the cookies as they are so over baked and hard muffins are dry and heavy. I have even heard bakery staff arguing behind the shelving and a male staff member cursing another staff member. All within a few months. Never used to be like this when we moved here 3 years ago.
