If I could go less than one star I would.

Today I went specifically for lotto, I entered the store to find out the lotto service is on the other side of the checkout, that's fine, I should have looked harder. The problem I have is they had "CHAINED" trolleys in the closed checkout exits to stop people exiting... and at least 75% of the checkouts were closed I could not exit. Had there been a fire or God forbid an earthquake no-one would get out! A chain would do fine, fabric rope like New World would be even better, chained up trolleys is over the top and and restricts emergency exits.
