I've bought my car from these guys back around Xmas 2012 so over 4 years ago. I have never had half as many or as costly issues with another Toyota as i've had with the Japanese import Avensis I've bought from those guys. Thread carefully and a maybe take the car to an independent professional doublechek if buying from Freedom is all i can advise.

Was nice to me before I bought a car. Had trouble with it and they Didn't want to know. He Said I'm f#*@ing busy when i asked for help with it. Terrible terrible company.

Really great guy before the money changed hands. Terrible service afterwards. Trim was missing so as part of the agreement (verbal) he was going to replace it. 3 months later they hadn't even ordered it and said it was a bit expensive so they wouldn't honour the deal. 
After I forced the issue the part took another 3 months and installing it broke the radio. 
Don't trade with them. If you have to trade with them get EVERYTHING in writing or hold back funds. 
They're great before money changes hands.
