Bought my new vehicle 2017 Nissan Dualis 4 weeks ago. Customer Service was "above" the expected "Excellent". I want to thank "Sheldon, Jon and Josh" for their time/efforts and patience in making my car buying experience splendid.
Didn't go in to buy a car, but got one. Very professional service from everyone we dealt with. Hoping the car is as good as the service we received......... Turns out the car wasn't as good as the service, broke down 5 days later, then took a week to fix, is now going back for a second repair. Disappointed in the follow through. Toilet was clean though.
Car had issues from the day I brought it, had to take it back to them to "fix" over 3 times, and was stuck with a really horrible loan car for over 2 months. Needless to say I needed to take the car to another mechanic to actually fix. Even though the car had a 2 year warranty they still charged me $400 to fix the lights not working, when I am convinced I shouldn't have had to pay a cent.. oh well will definitely rather cut my pee pee off than buy another car from these guys.
Brought a car through them in December was great till 2 weeks later it had problems, rang them to let them know an they gave courtesy car were great till I started getting excuse after excuse was told would take 3-4 days to fix was there for almost 2 weeks. Only to have half the problems fixed. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
Very good place to go if you are looking to buy a car. Very friendly staff and Celia in the office works wonders to get finance to suit your budget but without pressuring you. Will definately buy from there again.
Five loan cars in the first three weeks after purchase. Entirely a very forgettable experience. All the gushing sales pitch prior to purchasing a vehicle and no customer empathy after the purchase when things go wrong. If you are remotely tempted to purchase a vehicle from this caryard which has a questionable past history, then trust your own mechanic and AA reports first. Returned the vehicle for a refund after an AA report highlighted numerous issues with the vehicle. Read all reviews first.
Not a good experience Had a friend buy a car here 2 months ago and had nothing but trouble. Took the car back for repairs 5 times in 2 weeks and had to get a total of 6 loan cars in that tme. In the finish he paid for an AA report to be done which highlighted corrosion in the sub frame. He had asked for tyres to be replaced and was declined even though the AA report said they needed replacing also. A shocking experience. The name may have changed from Nigel Thompson to Endacott motors but the service is disgusting and if you dont want to get ripped off read the previous reviews and stay away
Absolutely shocking experience with this company. Put down $100 for a car to claim it so I could have it inspected by my mechanic in Christchurch. The car was in poor condition and these guys claimed the cam belt had been done in Japan where they don't sticker and I just don't buy it. There was also significant oil leakage which they claimed had been fixed and it was due to shoddy mechanics work that some spillage had been left over and even if they were telling the truth, which I doubt it, it is still not acceptable. Upon telling EMG that I was no longer going to purchase the car they claimed that for the price $10,000 I shouldn't expect a car in amazing condition which is just ludicrous, they then preceded to just get angry and it was like dealing with a bunch of high school children. Also, two weeks later, I am still waiting to receive that $100 I put down for that car and will likely never get it back. Luckily Paul Kelly took $100 off the overall cost of the car I ended up buying because they predicted I would't get my money back. I seriously do not recommend doing anything with this company. Jack
