Happy with purchase. Owner gets involved to make sure, everyone is happy with the deal, esp. for returning customers. Checks in after purchase via letter; got sent $10 voucher 1month after picked up car. Sales people also helpful.

Very good sales staff, knowledgeable about various makes and models. No pressure to either make decisions or to commit to purchase. Willing to negotiate between trade in and purchase of replacement vehicle. After sales service has been excellent. I can recomend this business to anyone looking for a good honest deal.

Only dealer I have brought cars off in 30 odd years and you have never let me down. Loved every car you have sold me going right back to the little sunny. Appreciate your help and your honesty. I would not recommend purchasing a car from this company. Their name is quite ironic, not really economical and typically above normal market prices. I had nothing but problems. The sales associate has no knowledge of the vehicles to the questions and enquiries i raised. When looking to import a car through them, they never got back to me and wasted my time when I could of just hired a contractor situated in Japan and sorted it out myself. There are plenty of other companies you can buy/import your vehicle through. I would not wish the quality of service I received upon any other potential customer.
