Came to look at a 2nd hand Jimny today which was sold off already. Sales Consultant Jason offered us to look at the 2022 without doubting if it was within our budget we've never been treated this way by any sales person in NZ before as they very often make assumptions and are judgemental. Very kind and professional of Jason to offer us, and we did took it out for a test drive even when I said it's not appealing to me but otherwise for my husband. Husband loved the drive experience, and eventho we walked away not buying a car today, I was very impressed with the service we received today. World class!
From our first encounter with Jason Prescott back in November at Holland's Suzuki, we knew we were in good hands. We promptly ordered a Jimny and he kept us updated along the way as to it's arrival. Nothing was ever a problem to Jason, he even updated us on his weekend off! A smooth seamless experience, as it should be. Very happy with the service and love our new Jimny! Three words...ASK FOR JASON! 5 STARS
Since purchasing a new car from Hollands in 2018, I've been a returning customer for regular servicing ever since. The sales team are wonderful, the mechanics are thorough, but the receptionist team isn't particularly nice to work with - not very personable, they don't tend to engage in friendly conversation, and can be quite dismissive and rude. One exception is Ross - he's a real delight to work with, and provides excellent customer service. Once my servicing package with Hollands ends, I will be finding another mechanic specifically because I've found the reception team so off-putting and unfriendly over the years.
I have always received a warm reception and friendly reliable service here.
Bought a Suzuki Jimny a month ago after ordering one from Jason. The entire team is so helpful, and not pushy car salespeople you come to expect from dealerships. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend both Holland's Suzuki AND a Suzuki Jimny.

Best experience here. My check your engine light had come in. Went here and everyone was super helpful and super friendly. They were able to run the car through the diagnostic machine and sort the small fault. I was on my way very quickly. Highly recommend them.
The young apprentice was quite friendly, I think his name was Fred. 5 stars
The team as Holland's Suzuki offer customer service that is second to none. These are the people to see when you want to buy a new or used Suzuki hassle free. Special shout out to Jason who sold us our first new car, he was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with, I'm a Holland's fan for life now.
