One of our favourites, whether in the city or in Crows Nest, as a couple or as a family. The food is always delicious and the service is generally excellent. Tonight, we were served by Alejandro, who was fantastic. The kids eat free offer means the whole family can eat very economically. Normally, there are kids packs, so they can entertain themselves colouring in whilst mum and dad can enjoy dinner.
Authentic Italian food done the right way. Attention to quality ingredients and a genuine and simple approach that showcases the true flavours of the food. The space is casual and welcoming with both indoor and al fresco dining. We were lucky enough to try the special of duck pappardelle... outstanding!
Wonderful dinner at Fratelli Fresh, the food was fresh, delicious and plentiful. I would love to thank the staff for being so attentive and remembering our large order. The male bartender went above and beyond our expectations for our cocktails. I’ll be coming back for every occasion.
Came here on a public holiday Easter Monday. Arrived before 12 noon and could get a table for 7 otherwise you need a reservation. Received good service even though we had 3 kids and they were very accommodating. Did the set meal which was good value. Arancini balls 4 are good although a little small. Really liked the Tartufo pizza and lamb ragu pasta. Banofi tart at the end was a great way to end off. A little on the pricey side but really fresh ingredients. Will come back again!
The service was excellent, with staff always coming to refill water and asking when you're ready for them to take your order. Even though, there was no garlic bread, as it was out of stock, I got the mushroom risotto, which was the perfect portion size and tasted amazing. Would definitely go there again!
Margarita pizza is $27 but the size of a kids pizza?! Came out cold as well. Much better pizza places like Italian street kitchen in neutral bay or pizza pasta bene or via Napoli in lane cove or peter pans in crows nest or even dominos for your money’s worth!! Won’t be going back sorry folks just not worth the coin. Very small. Too expensive. Nice dough but that’s about it
Foods and customer service are so so. Ordered a pizza and lamb salad. It took them 1 hour to bring it to the table. Checked the orders with the staff at 30 mins waiting and been told there's nothing they can do about it. It's. It not a place to go for a quick bite.
We went for set menu, but you can find several options. We had plenty of food for two. I hardly recommend the lamb salad if you're going healthy. Dessert was banoffee and it was just delicious. Average price.
Could not believe we paid $21 for Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli only to get a big take out container with so little tomato sauce at the bottom of it and 6 Raviolis only. Yes, only 6 Raviolis….Tuscan Kale & Oyster Mushroom pizza for $26 with one little tiny mushroom on each slice and burnt Kales and half pizza just being crust… How is this justified?
Amazing Italian food! I always enjoy the food served here, be it pizza or pasta. However, staffs are always not attentive and fail to remember the pizza/pasta promotions that they have.
