Good place at Circular Quay - the food came out really quick which was great and the view is very nice. Tasted great, service was not bad struggled to the get the staff's attention a couple of times but wasn't a big deal. Lots of seagulls to the point where you are warned to watch out for them!
The view is spectacular so it can be hard to get a spot in the outside seating area on the weekend or other popular times. The food is fresh and very well presented. Everything is good, but that would be expected in a restaurant in this location. It's also very expensive but that is another thing that is to be expected. There is air-conditioning inside the restaurant which is good and it's not too noisy inside so you can easily chat with a group. The wood fired pizza is recommended.
Food was fine, wouldn't call it a $75 dollar fee worth it feed... also part of that was an unannounced 10% charge of your bill added on at the end without you being told toll after paying that it was there and cause you had food at said place on the weekend... Cold slightly over cooked garlic bread was also charged fully for. For note for everyone... no one else changes this... so if it's Friday, Saturday or Sunday... do not eat here unless you want to pay them 10% of your bill as a hidden fee. Absolutely will never come back here again due to the lack of staff being informative, being a tourist from out of town too.. its disturbing this happens here and this type of place thinks its okay. Wahlburgers is next door... definitely recommend them over this. Portions on the smaller side for $25 pasta serving. Or should I say $25 + 10%.
Chicken on the salad was dry and gnocchi wasn’t really tasty. We liked bruschetta and seafood pasta. We would go back again for another menu : Service and location were great xx
Location is a fantastic unobstructed view of Sydney Harbour. We visited for lunch. Started off with an Aperol Spritz which was good. We ordered an Antipasto platter for a starter along with garlic bread, this was probably the dish I enjoyed the most. Thereafter we ordered a Caprese Salad with a Wagyu Beef Burger and chips. I asked if I could have the onions cooked in the burger but the reply was that they could not accommodate my request which surprised me so I requested no onions. The Caprese salad came out and I was firstly surprised that it had rocket on it, the tomatoes were over ripe, there was no olive oil or salt. The buffalo mozzarella was delicious and the best ingredient. The wagyu beef burger came out and I was disappointed as the presentation was average. It didn't look appetising. It tasted dry, lettuce was soggy and the meat was overcooked. We didn't try dessert. The bill was a pleasant surprise as given the experience I didn't feel that we were overcharged. Staff were average given the location as if I was a tourist I wouldn't consider this establishment as the vibe is tired. It needs a bit of a freshen up. Please note this is my personal one off experience and I do not know if it is a common occurrence. I'll go back and try again to see if it was a one-off experience then review again. Vegetarian options: There are numerous vegetarian options. They cater for vegetarians. Kid-friendliness: They cater to kids. There are about 5 dishes. Parking: Parking is a major issue. Either book and park in a private car park or use public transport. Wheelchair accessibility: Access is provided for wheelchairs. Dietary restrictions: Various options are provided and catered for like gluten free.
Went on the 25th of October and had the most beautiful time! Both the service and food were really good! I really liked my drink and my girlfriend did too The entree was the most delicious thing I'd ever eaten before I want to go back just to have that!!! Beautiful views as well of the harbour Definitely would recommend!!!!
Wait/Door staff could use some warmth. Pizza was very average, the arrancini was not very good at all. The location is prime with a beautiful view however. Ate here during happy hour, but would probably not eat here during standard hours. Happy hour prices are good. Thanks for the experience.
Beautiful, friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate my party of 26. A friend's 50th Birthday celebration. The food was fabulous & they did not rush us out when the allocated time was up. Highly recommend this restaurant.
We really loved the place and the food too. We have ordered Fettuccine Al Pollo pasta with extra spicy and fish & chips and it was superb, now we will always go to this place for all our occasions. Lady serving us was so kind and professional.
Worst place I have ever been! Avoid!! The serving were incredibly small and tasted so plain and dry. For example, 28 dollars for fish and chips with only two small fillets and a tiny serve of chips only…. oysters were $6 each but not fresh, they are so small and warm…. The most ridiculous thing is, we ordered 5 oysters, which should be $30, however when we went to pay the bill, they charged us $180 for those oysters! When we went back to them to ask for refund, the lady at the counter named Leila were very aggressive and did not show any apology at all, she asked us to wait outside and went on to serve other customers….. Another thing is that they charge 10% surcharge on weekends but does not inform customers with tags or labels anywhere, they hide this surcharge thing in tiny fonts at the bottom of the menu where no one can see. After 10mins of waiting, the lady finally came back, she grabbed the receipt from us and walked away, told us to wait again…. When we finally got to the refund stage, the lady doesn’t know how to do basic math. She refunded the extra money but did not know how to calculate the surcharge that needs to be refunded back to us as well….After her calculation, she intended to refund us only $1.5 for the surcharge…..?? It was the most disappointing meal ever! Please avoid!
