I am so grateful for Caroles amazing customer service every time. I come in almost every second day to send things via the post and she is always so lovely and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile and makes posting a whole bunch of things a breeze. Definitely a lovely small town community feel thanks to her.
I love this place, staff are amazing especially a staff member named Carol. She has quite an understanding with kids that are some what on the spectrum. My son at times can be hard to handle and she really takes her time to make my experience shopping with them alot easier.nnMy son likes talking to her so I am amazed how well he was for her when she took him aside just so that I could focus as I was overwhelmed with him and getting thrown off with what I was meant to be buying she is an amazing worker and definitely deserves the recognition I don't want to shop at any other foursquare. This is by far my favorite shop.nnAlso love their specials when they pop up.
Not a very pleasant experience.nnHad a very unhelpful and unenthusiastic checkout operator. Think her name was Natalia or something like that? She did not even bother looking at me and answered with a quite rude and patronising attitude after I had come to checkouts to ask a question.nI had also seen her ringing someone else up without saying a word or looking up at them before me also.nI'm not normally one to leave reviews but as someone who works in customer service myself it was a bit surprising seeing someone at the forefront of the store acting so apathetic towards everyday customers. Unforunate as otherwise is a great store.
What a pleasant experience it was to walk into Four Square a mini store and get that supermarket feel and experience. The store looked spotless, clean, and neat. It was fully stocked up, and there has been a great improvement in the range of products available. The team is friendly and super helpful, always willing ot go the extra mile to lend a hand. Four Square Red Beach, you have set high standards, and I am proud to shop at your store. Keep up the awesome work!
The best customer service and cleanest Four Square I have walked into. Well-stocked and staff are always ready to help. What a gem!
