I drive a few km's just to get coffee at Orewa BP. You can taste the coffee, not just milk. I always get served by the lovely two young girls, they very friendly & helpful. Fantastic service from them. 5 Stars for sure & A+ for Coffee. Date: 04/09/2022
Really bad customer service. Ordered 2 coffees on 28th December around 9am and the lady making the coffee couldn’t even tell what coffee is what and when I asked her she just kept yelling and being rude. Did one coffee wrong and keep trying to force take the free coffee which I didn’t need. Was super rude and disrespectful. The coffee was great but her service was -10000/10
Went into this Bp on a Sunday morning and was served by a very rude young girl, was informed by other staff her name was Amber. Very rude and practically ignored me as a customer, was not helpful at all and ruined the overall experience. Will not be returning to this Bp if this is the customer service that I will be receiving I also have my suspicions that she was using a vaping device in the store bathroom, very disgusting behaviour!! I am giving 2 stars because my hot chocolate was very nice. Was served by a very nice Maori girl, other than that, not very pleased.
Love my coffee but depending on who makes it as to if I get a half cup or a full cup. Today I didn't stop!
Clean, efficient service with really good Wild Bean coffee. Spend the little bit extra and get the Single Origin bean
The coffee is amazing, also public toilet are clean.
Full is overpriced, and the store is dirty, and the staff aren’t great
Was ok just another bp, use to have friendly staff but those days are gone
This is a great BP great service and coffee
