Happy shopping, the number of staff stocking shelves blocking aisles, and on line shopping staff doing the same, is getting out of hand, a lot of shoppers complaining about the same thing.nMy guess a management problem.
Staff are great. They are howver very short staffed. The quick checkout is not quick. Try and get a bottle of alcohol out quickly. No one man's the quick check out full time. The lotto takes priority. Updated...you think on gold card discount Tuesdays when they are busy for a change you think they would have a dedicated quick checkout person. Um .... no. Lotto still takes priority.
Turned up at 8.53pm to race in a buy coffee beans and the store front entry was locked.9pm closing time 3 other groups of people arrived behind me and no one in the store acknowledged us or let us in. 7 minutes of missed trading time… disappointed to not even be spoken to at the door.
A few things were missing from the fresh fruits and vegetables section like cucumber , lemon nnOn the whole, it's a nice Woolworth store. There is a dedicated shelf for healthy food items too.
The absolute best Woolworths ive been in. Everything is clean and neat and the staff are so friendly! Well done Woolworths Orewa, you are setting the standard for every other Woolworths in NZ.
