Staff are amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Prescriptions are accurately prescribed and are often explained. Very professional. Unbelievable how busy you are. Queues of people seeking help and not a fractious sound at all. Staff away sick but still the focus doesn’t stop. Congratulations!
The staff are friendly and helpful. I like that they have lovely mature ladies in the cosmetic counters who go out of their way to assist and builds rapport with customers. The parking is good too. Aside from waiting time to be served initially, understandable as they are always busy, this is a good place to shop.
Whenever I go to Life Pharmacy Orewa I love the friendly, helpful staff and the community atmosphere of the shop. Even if they are having a busy time of the day the pharmacist and/or staff always make the time to offer advice on products or explain about new medication.
Time after time I am stunned at how rude staff can be in this chemist, I have started going all the way to MILLWATER, as staff there are lovely and helpful. My surgery is next door and at one point I mentioned how rude they were to my doctor, her response “ I hear that a lot”. The other day I went in, After being at doctors, put my stuff on the counter - note there were 2 staff on each till, quite a few minutes passed and not one of them said anything, so I asked if anyone was serving, the response “ can’t you see we are busy” in a very rude manner. They were not dealing with other customers and there was no queue. Polite customer service would have been “ sorry, I won’t be a moment/ sorry will be with shortly” but nothing. Just reaffirmed again, why I dislike going to this chemist. I’ve written to them too, strange no reply
As requested I rang cosmetics to secure the Estee Lauder gift with purchase and the assistant asked me if I knew what I wanted - yes - and then proceeded to collect the items together with a few other cosmetics I needed, worked out the cost and did a debit card transaction and then said she would deliver it on her way home. Amazing service, lovely and caring assistant, couldn’t be happier with the service.
The pharmacy has great staff and lots of them. The staff members who assisted me were knowledgeable and professional The items I required were in stock and I was served and on my way within 5 minutes
Always Amazing friendly professional service! If I ever need help all the team that I have dealt with have never hesitated to go the xtra mile, I have chosen to shop here over other stores because of this! Great going guys well done!
Even during an incredibly busy week before Christmas, with the shop full of customers, queing for purchases and prescriptions, the staff were very helpful and friendly... and as sometimes happens, especially during busy periods, there was a little bit of a hiccup with my prescription, but they sorted it straight away, and we wished each other a merry Christmas.... A pleasure to deal with the staff at Life Pharmacy Orewa.
Truly impressed with Orews Lige Pharmacy. This is the only pharmacy i have ever used lver mam y many years who have attached info to my medications regarding updates and advice snd recommendations. Awesome communication.
You have a wonderful gift range. Such generous and happy and helpful staff. I left feeling so happy and revived even though it was pouring with rain.
