First time vist to New World, and very impressed,nGreat range of products.nI had no idea were anything was and had to ask the staff a couple of times.nand they were very nice and helpful.nCheckout was fill and a staff member asked me to go into the self service,nl said no l don't like it she said she would do it for me,nAlso she packed up my goods and was very friendly.nMight have to re-think were l shop in the future?
As a first time mum I just took my newborn to the supermarket for the first time. Half way through the shop he started absolutely screaming and wouldn’t stop. The check out lines were long. One of the staff there opened a check out just for me and rushed me through, as well as offered a private space if I needed to feed my baby. This was such a kind act and so appreciated
Unfortunately I will never be shopping here again. I came to the supermarket with my newborn to get a few essentials when arriving my baby woke up crying wanting to be feed. So I breastfeed little man and then headed into the supermarket. A few weeks later I get a parking ticket for going over the parking time limit. To which the company responded with there was nothing that can do that the car park is for new world customers only and there is a time limit. Going forward I will be going to a different supermarket as Woolworths and pak n save have no problem with me breastfeeding in the car when I go to do my food shopping
Great parking. Excellent food choices for our cheese platter, eg range of quality cheeses, olives, hummus, avocado's, dried mango, dried apricots, crackers. Try blue vein cheese with dried mango, it's We appreciated the friendly help from the young man at check-out.
Very clean store. Good variety of products. Liked the cooling box with dogbones next to dogfood. Check out operators very efficient and nice.nWill visit store again.
