Came here looking for new sneakers with my son and was disappointed. When I came in it was only me and one other man looking, and only one staff member. The staff member asked the other shopper if he could help him with anything and he said no. Not once was I asked if I needed help. I approached the person at the counter, who did not say hello to me or anything for that matter, and when I asked if he could find a smaller size of this sneaker, he reluctantly went out the back to look. I asked him again later to go one size down and, looking slightly annoyed, he went out the back. The shoes felt ok, so I bought them. I did not receive a smile or thanks or anything, even though my purchase would've made his commission. When I got home, the shoes all of a sudden didn't feel as comfortable, and although that's completely my fault for not triple checking the size, I feel if the man at the counter wasn't so grumpy I would've felt comfortable going back for a third time and asking for a size down. Considering taking them back, I looked at my receipt and almost fell to my knees. The cashiers name was Herbert. HERBERT. It all made sense. I began to feel bad but then thought about it. Just because you were named Herbert does not mean you have to deflect your bad mood onto others? It's a shame because my other visits here have been fine until now. Shame on you Herb.
Because you guys cancelled Kayne West I purposely chose to order my Shoe's directly from the Supplier, good luck with losing business, pretty sure I'm not the only one. - Stanford University.
Good variety of branded shoes from infants to adult sizes. Store was well set out, spacious and clean. Customer service from staff could be improved.
I was disappointed that I had rang Westcity footlocker at least 3 timesand no answer approx 1.45pm to enquire about something to save me a 15min drive to find out that the product wasn't available. That was fine,but the store wasn't busy when I got there,so why then did no one answer when I rang? Could've saved me time and energy...but because of the lack of professionalism looks like Rebel sport WON'T be taking my money.
I loved shopping here. The atmosphere was really on. The staff obviously enjoyed working there which is a huge tell. I was looked after by Samantha R and she was simply brilliant. Very professional and also helpful and fun. Highly recommend this store!
Absolutely disappointed with the customer service experience I received from this store. Came inside with my family and the worker standing by the door did not utter a single word the whole time we were inside the store. Have received the same treatment from Footlocker Sylvia Park as well. Definitely needs a big step up when it comes to customer service since Culture Kings and Jd sports have entered the New Zealand market.
My son and I were greeted with a friendly smile, "hello" and "how are you?" They allowed us to look around and then asked if we needed help. The young lady helped with our requests and helped my son with choosing a suitable size that he's very happy with. The young man working was very pleasant and friendly as well. Nice vibe
Was fast efficient. Found me a decent set of kicks. Kind and helpful customer service. Made the purchase that little bit easier :
