Good variety of branded shoes from infants to adult sizes. Store was well set out, spacious and clean. Customer service from staff could be improved.
I loved shopping here. The atmosphere was really on. The staff obviously enjoyed working there which is a huge tell. I was looked after by Samantha R and she was simply brilliant. Very professional and also helpful and fun. Highly recommend this store!

Absolutely disappointed with the customer service experience I received from this store. Came inside with my family and the worker standing by the door did not utter a single word the whole time we were inside the store. Have received the same treatment from Footlocker Sylvia Park as well. Definitely needs a big step up when it comes to customer service since Culture Kings and Jd sports have entered the New Zealand market.
I was disappointed that I had rang Westcity footlocker at least 3 timesand no answer approx 1.45pm to enquire about something to save me a 15min drive to find out that the product wasn't available. That was fine,but the store wasn't busy when I got there,so why then did no one answer when I rang? Could've saved me time and energy...but because of the lack of professionalism looks like Rebel sport will be taking my money.
My son and I were greeted with a friendly smile, "hello" and "how are you?" They allowed us to look around and then asked if we needed help. The young lady helped with our requests and helped my son with choosing a suitable size that he's very happy with. The young man working was very pleasant and friendly as well. Nice vibe

Been 3 times now, bought 10 pairs of shoes so far, baby suits, and slip ons. Need a few retros in there, that would be a good selling point...
A nice compact store which recently was renovated to a bigger store with the footwear displayed clearly with signs indicating whether mens women and children. Clothing and caps. Staff are helpful. Unfortunately no after pay or laybuy available.
