My mother recently visited this store as she received a massive shock by the employee by the name of Marie. This has to be one of her worst shopping experience in her whole life. As my mother was shopping in a rude tone of voice said to my mother "are all those boxes yours" insinuating my mother made a mess and talking down to her like she didn't know how to put away shoes like she's stupid or something. when she was only comparing one shoe to another, to compare the difference. She should not treat people like this, full stop. Which makes me wonder how Marie got a job in customer service. My mother will never step foot in Number one shoe warehouse due to this appalling staff member.
