Excellent, comprehensive customer service. The staff helped me to quickly find the correct type of shoe I was after and the right size for me. They were very polite and attentive to all the other customers in the store and they were patient with those that needed to take their time.
Phoned and put a pair of Birkenstocks on hold at 10am. Advised staff member I would be there when I finished work at 2pm to collect only to find out they were sold 2 hours prior to 2pm! No stock left in any Qld store. Not helpful at all. Edit- I was never advised on the phone that the shoes would not be held if I didn’t pay a deposit. It was offered but I was not told they had a possibility of being sold underneath me. If it were that much of an issue the staff member should have got my phone number for the hold and contacted me prior to selling them. I would have been happy to pay in full over the phone if this was an option. I understand it is Christmas time and retailers are under the pump but this is the exact reason why customers get disappointed by the lack of customer service offered.
Had the most lovely experience with their male employee who helped serve and provide me with three pairs of Birkenstocks. Unfortunately, during my first trip there I was rudely served and judged by one of his colleagues who disregarded my efforts in trying to find the pair I wanted. She didn't know I wanted to purchase three. On a positive note, he was able to look after me and my family and place us into our forever summer sandal.
I have the say these guys are absolutely awesome! I bought a pair of Frankie4 sneakers online, and they rang me the next day to confirm the address and my order. I've never experienced such exceptional service. Will definitely be returning :
Had the best experience at Footgear! Darci was wonderful to deal with, gave me some great advice, all whilst handling a busy Thursday night shop! Will definitely be stopping by again.
Had a lovely experience! There were only 2 staff on and I waited 5 minutes to get noticed and to get help but once I did sienna helped me find the perfect size and helped me out. She was super polite and helpful. Would come back again!
I have to say that the service I was given in Footgear Chermside recently was the best I have experienced in a very long time! Firstly I was greeted by a lovely lady by the name of Peta who said she would leave me to browse and to please ask if she could help in any way. Usually you go into a store and either nobody is interested in helping or they hover beside you the whole time. I was looking for a gift and Peta was very helpful in showing me a few different pairs and suggesting I may like to try them on myself as I was the same size as the person I was buying for. She had such a pleasant cheery personality and it made my whole shopping experience less of a task and more of an enjoyable outing. If there were more customer service staff like this lady-we would enjoy our shopping time a lot more! Well done to this wonderful lady who just happened to make my day by turning my hours of walking around endless shops into a nice day!

Always a pleasant shopping experience at Footgear Chermside. Nothing is ever too difficult. Liam was friendly, fast and efficient. He quickly found exactly what I was looking for and rung up the sale, including my teacher discount for work shoes. Thank you Footgear Chermside.
