Daniel was great. Very professional but also approachable. He answered all questions I had. The only downside, I don't really have too much wrong with my gate, I just wanted expert advice about the type of running shoe I should buy. I got the advice I wanted but at $99 it was very expensive advice.

Daniel was kind, informative and effective.  I’d have no hesitation whatsoever recommending him.

I was apprehensive about going , but was soon relaxed and enjoyed having my feet pampered. I asked a lot of questions and found out a lot about foot care. My feet now feel very much better . Well worth the $69.

The customer service over the phone has been excellent. We have visited both Jimmy and Matt. I cannot fault either who have dealt with my son at his level. Matt was thorough and answered questions asked. The one thing I have found great is the follow up after appointment as there were several questions that needed to be answered and I received a call later that day clearing them up. The inserts were quickly made over the weekend and my son had them put in his shoes yesterday. Good stuff

Daniel Kang is so friendly & easy to talk to. He doesn't judge or talk down to you. He is the nicest guy ever. I hope he stays at the Whakatane clinic.

A week ago I had nail surgery for an ingrown toenail. Being pregnant, I was concerned about having to have surgery. Iris did her best to trim the nail over a number of weeks to avoid surgery, however the problem was too deep, so surgery couldn’t be avoided. However, I continually received high quality care and the results have been excellent so far. I would highly recommend Iris to anyone with toenail issues.

I was feeling really uncomfortable about showing my feet to another person but, right at the introduction upon arriving at the clinic I felt relaxed and at ease... great service and advice.. thank very much Happy Face
