I heard her smile, i heard her listening, she laughed with me and was able to offer a great solution giving me all the information I would need to complete my purchase and exactly what I wanted. She has awesome customer service skills, an asset.
I brought a pair of boots that costed me $80 and lasted a whopping couple of months. Would not recommend. Scuffed easily and also creased easily and once creases it feels like the boot is stabbing your foot. Wouldn't recommend.
Nice collection but all staff are not helpful at all there was a lady on the counter was very rude and her attitude was like she is paying me for my pair of boots.Worst customer service experience.

I actually would have put no stars if I could have. Today 02/03/2018 at 2:20pm ish, I went into the store to the back men's aisle to grab my partner some jandles. No hello or anything as i entered, i was clearly struggling to reach high for the ones that I wanted being heavily pregnant and while I was struggling the two ladies at the counter were to busy talking within them selves to even acknowledge me! I finally got what I wanted and was still not greeted, just asked if I wanted the tags cut. Was the most rude experience I ever had.
No service ! On weekends ! 2 girls on the counter.yayy perfect place fr ppl who lov to steal I guess no loss prevention measures ! Anyhow these girls r busy talking to each other.No one greets or offers help !!
They didnt seem keen an a sale, was hard to get customer service
The two ladies on till close were extremely helpful!!! A great big thanks to Tracy in particular.
Would be 5 stars if the had more varieties. I can only fit the more expensive brand shoe in store and they only have a few of them to try from. Otherwise friendly enjoyable visit.
When I to get new shoes for my son, was helped straight away and was a quick shop for us, both ladys were happy and helpful.
