Awful experience at warehouse today. Lady at front in black clothes and with tattoos on her face doesn't know how to talk with customers. Her behaviour is too rude. She needs learn some soft skills.
Always welcomed with a smile whenever I come in from ALL staff. Had to go in to get a phone early one morning and the service from Mark on warehouse stationary was awesome and helpful. Every time I've been in there they've helped with anything I've needed. Keep it up.
Large variety of merchandise. Prices reasonable, staff very unfriendly, and the young woman at the checkout exit really stuck out for the permanent scowl on her face and she made it quite obvious she would rather be anywhere else than at her job. Great introduction to The Warehouse for tourists - NOT!
The woman that served me at the returns desk was rude. Before I had even explained why I was there she was hostile. She accused me of having worn the slippers I was returning, which I had not. She did return my money but she treated me like a criminal. Very disappointing and upsetting
