My daughter bought Divine lamb flavoured treats for dogs last week Today she has open the sealed pack and it is crawling with maggots She sealed bagged and binned I have just been to customer services??and they said we have to take the infestation pack back to store with receipt Given the self serve till gives options of receipts which we don't take to save paper and the fact we'd have to take pack in car from kawerau then leave at store with all these maggots which is not a workable situation So just incase anyone has these packs please check as store assistant doesnt seem to realise the potential of the store being infested. Not a good outcome and end of business for me from shopping at this store!!
Ahhh, The Warehouse, where everyone gets a bargain. A chain of discount home good stores if you've never been here before. They have everything from music, jewellery, electronics/appliances, clothes & shoes, furniture, sporting goods, garden & automotive, and snacks & drinks. The stuff you get here meets the old axiom of 'you get what you pay for'. The stuff you can get here is cheaper perhaps not as cheap as the dollar store but they're probably better quality too for one reason or another, e.g. big bag of laundry powder with a foreign language on the packet but who cares, it's still laundry power. You won't get top-end brands or kit that'll last a lifetime but if you need some tools for casual use or a pair of shoes that might last a season, etc for not too much money then this is the place for you.

Most people who work there are great but have dealt with really rude workers especially a woman at the warehouse stationary counter
Approached a worker asking for some help to point us in the right direction as we are not from here to be told they don’t sell the item then I say it says in stock on the app then she proceeds to say oh we don’t have them in this store she wasn’t really welcoming and was no help at all so i ended up looking for the item myself and sure enough found it
