Packaged food and drinks sold have gone bad despite not being over the expiry date. When I tried to get a refund, they said I can't because I didn't have a receipt, although they didn't offer me one in the first place! They were happy to provide me with a new chocolate pack, but this had also gone bad. Won't be buying from here again unless it is a non-food product.

Establishment is completely fine, the prices are just much cheaper elsewhere eg. Coles/Woolworths - so avoid buying on campus when you can.
