This parking service & crew are the best! Always on time, friendly & helpful - even when we arrive with heaps of luggage... They even transported our dogs too & from the airport for us Very smooth process & very cost effective. This last time we also had our car washed & they did a brilliant job Must be a good place to work because the staff are always so happy
A hundred years ago I first used services of Flyaway shuttle.. . Years later... I wouldn't use any other service! Efficient ' check in' Efficient drop off Efficient pick up That is service!... no hassle and I love the music in the shuttle to calm nerves of flying... Thank you team ! You are awesome
Fast and efficient service from the team as I was running late and they took me down to the terminal within 2 minutes of me arriving. The manager also called ahead to make sure the pilot could wait for me to board before they took off. Excellent service highly recommended

Charming guy, and fantastic service with a smile at 1am from both Joshua and the lovely lady who gave us our keys, and walked us over to our car in the dark You have a great team at Auckland airport Flyaway, thank you!
They treated me like a dog. I forgot something inside the car this morning. I had to return back from and told about this to the shuttle driver when I arrived. The worker just said." They took the car away... Next! " He didn't tell me where the car is or where could I call or what to do. I asked him for help and he started yelling at me in front of everyone!!! It was so embarrassing! He didn't give me any solution at all, he didn't care, so I tried to get to the airport again, but the driver just shot the door in my face and left. I literaly had to run and try to stop the car, because I was about to loose my flight. Terrible service!
First time i have used Flyaway Parking since in NZ for 21years. We always used taxi but we thought to just change and try some other ways to reach airport and guess what it came out positive. No hassle at all with family to drop and pick up. We recommend them and there team and staffs are very helpful and friendly. Never had any issues at all, nor been late. If you just miss a shuttle, sure you may have to wait a little longer…..but not an unreasonable length of time like hours. Today Flyway went above and beyond with and excellence service. I was running late after dropping the family, luggage, etc. Knowing the shuttle had just left and the time of my flight, they kindly rushed me to the terminal. I did not have to ask, and was considering getting an Uber. Thanks for the exceptional service always and thanks to Nash and team today. site is very securly monitored and heaps of parking. 100% recommended.
Safe and secure parking at a competitive rate. Friendly desk and drivers who are quick and helpful. Worth tipping these people as they work hard to please. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
