Had the worst experience with Find Sports that I have ever had over the many years I have been online shopping. I didn't bother looking at reviews prior to ordering as the website looked legit. Note that there are pretty much only 1 star or 5 star reviews, with nearly all of the 5 star reviewers only ever having completed this one review. It is obvious that they have created heaps of fake google accounts to write fake reviews. I believe that this website operates partially by scamming customers that get sick of following up on their orders not being received, and partially by drop shipping, where they don't actually keep the items in stock but get them sent straight from the manufacturer. Their customer service is appalling. One follow up email I sent took 9 days to get a reply. Their reply said that my order had shipped, but failed to provide me with a tracking number. Find Sports finally agreed to issue me a refund after I had advised that I had requested a charge back from my credit card company. I would recommend that anyone who is experiencing the same issue to contact your bank and initiate a transaction dispute. It is very easy to do, and you will eventually get your money back.

WORST customer service EVER!! Initially found product on line (flippers), which were sized XS to XL with no corresponding shoe size to be found. Called them, sat on hold for 20 mins, was advised they would email the info through which never happened. I therefore took an informed guess but was wrong, yet the shoe sizes are written on the flipper so there was no excuse not to have been provided the correct info and ordered the right size to begin with. I returned the wrong size at my own expense (half the price of the product to begin with) however the website states if the error is their fault they will reimburse. I diplomatically included a letter with the returned product outlining why I felt they should consider reimbursing me the fee. Heard nothing for over a week. Lodged a support email query. Again heard nothing for a week. I then called, sat on hold again for 20 minutes at which time I spoke with a lady who was nice and instructed she would follow things up. To my surprise she actually did and she emailed me to advise new ones were being sent but of course I had no official record of this until I lodged ANOTHER support email. This one was responded to (*shock*) but not only did it have no reference to my request for reimbursement, it now had an additional shipping charge I had to pay. I responded advising why I would not be paying. Thankfully I received my order correctly. Now days later get an email advising that they can't send the product until I pay the invoice. Are these people serious with their organisation and administration !!! In fairness the products were good, but the service is the worst I have experienced in a VERY long time

They were really helpful and gave me a really good price. And with afterpay it was that much sweeter.

Nightmare company to deal with. No customer service. Quite difficult to get them on the phone. First they delivered the wrong products and then products that are faulty, they have refused to refund. This is not a reputable business to deal with. They have no decency and will just take your money. Be very wary. Look at their Facebook reviews first. I wish I had. 1 star is too much. Very poor ethics.

Ordered a wetsuit. Took ages to be sent. When I asked what was happening, was told that it was not manufactured anymore in the colour I ordered. Theysaid I could get the same model in a different colour. No effort to offer a different brand in the same colour. I finally agreed to get the same model with different colour. Took ages for them to send it to me. I started asking what was happening again. Staff apologised deeply after I started to loose patience and the item was finally sent quickly. I received the item and it was a completely different brand with different colour pattern. Can’t be bothered sending back as it is the right size but awful customer service. Almost dodgy I would say...not even sure, the one I received might be cheaper than the one I originally bought. Just a disappointing experience. I guess it’s internet...
