I ordered an item online on 23 November. I received no communication saying the item was shipped. After waiting 2 weeks, I emailed the company on 5 December, still no news. I finally called them and was put on hold while they looked into the matter. The person came back on the phone to tell me they don't have the item in stock, that it is no longer being available from the manufacturer either, and that they will refund me. They should have contacted me within 48 hours of my order to let me know the item wasn't available and refunded me then instead of waiting until I called to ask about it. What if I had forgotten about my order, would they have kept my money? I did receive the refund very fast after the call, but the whole process demonstrated a need to learn to be more reliable and trustworthy. - Meanwhile, I ordered the same item somewhere else this morning and 2 hours later, I received a notification of it being shipped. Now THAT is great service.

The prices might be good but the service is lousy. I ordered goods with Express Postage and expected the goods within three days. After three weeks I still had not received the goods. When I queried this I was told they were still waiting for stock. Why did they not inform me that there was no stock on hand when I placed the order? They did give me a refund, but I wasted three weeks waiting for goods they did not have. Not very professional!!

Good shop selling all sorts off camping, 4wding and trailer parts. Prices wear also very reasonable. Service was good with helpfull staff.
