I Have purchase a lot of furniture over the years and always found the service to be excellent. I had a minor issue with a recliner and was rectified within a couple of days. Would highly recommend to anyone great service and value.

We had a great experience at this store. Came in on a Friday morning and were immediately greeted by a staff member as we entered, who turned out to be the owner Graham. We are picky with our furniture (more on the minimalist side of things), so Graham guided us through his floor stock and showed us a good ½ dozen product pamphlets from some of his suppliers that matched our needs, so we felt spoilt for choice. We too found Graham’s knowledge of furniture pretty amazing (he told us he used to actually manufacture himself). We eventually found a beautifully understated oak bed set that matched what we were looking for from one of the pamphlets (ended up being an Ozzie manufacturer based in Asia). Arrived at our place a week later, as promised and so far so good; quality, sleek and solid construction, easy to put together and matched the pamphlet specs/images. Most of our furniture needs are covered now, but would not hesitate to return to the Famous Furniture Bizarre - quite a different experience than going into IKEA or similar stores, where the shop assistants are quite removed from the industry itself and knowledge base often limited to what they sell under their brand only.

I have purchased a number of items from famous furniture bazaar and the staff have always been very helpful, they have kept me informed as to when my purchases will be arriving and have been very accommodating with delivers. Thank you for your great service.

BEWARE OF..... FAMOUS FURNITURE BAZZAR / WEMBLEY FURNITURE ..... BEWARE I PURCHASED A LEATHER LOUNGE AND IT IS THE WORST LOUNGE I HAVE EVER HAD . THE FRAME BENT THE SPRING HOLDERS SNAPPED AND POPPED OUT THE BOTTOM AND ITS BEEN BACK 4 TIME ALREADY AND HAVE NOT HAD A LOUNGE FOR HALF OF THE TIME IN THE LAST 24 MONTHS. THE YOUNG STAFF HAVE HELPED BUT THE OWNER GRAHAM BARROW JUST LETS YOU WAIT AND WAIT FOR RESPONSES.THEY STILL HAVE MY FAULTY LOUNGE AND LEGAL PROCEEDING ARE NOW COMMENCED. THEIR LOUNGES ARE POOR ASIAN BUILT AND THE FRAME WORK INSIDE APPEARS TO BE SCRAP TIMBER. THEN OFFERED TO REPLACE IT WITH ANOTHER LOUNGE BUT FOR THE EXTRA COST OF $2000 WHEN THE ORIGINAL PRICE I PAID WAS $2750 !!! HOW DARE THEY !!!! WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS !!!!!!!!!!
