This was the last destination after visiting many mattress stores. I had an idea of what I wanted but was still lost; buying a mattress when you have a pain disorder is difficult.nnI met Craig and was looked after well. He was honest, well informed, compassionate and didn’t push products on me. I spent a long time testing mattresses and he encouraged it, I felt very comfortable. I’m glad I made a purchase with him. The staff members I met were all down to earth and lovely.
I visited your Dandenong store yesterday to resolve an issue with a recent purchase. Unfortunately, I was given incorrect information by the salesperson at the time of purchase, which led to a product that did not suit my needs.nnI explained the situation to one of the assistant managers, Nick, who was very understanding and professional. He handled the situation well and arranged for the bed and mattress to be swapped, which I greatly appreciated.nnHowever, I was disappointed with how the store manager, Chris, handled the matter. While I had already paid out of pocket for assembly after my original purchase, I was surprised and frustrated when I was told I would need to organise and pay for assembly again for the replacement items—despite the fact that the issue was not my fault. I had expected Amart to take responsibility for arranging this, especially since the need for replacement was due to incorrect information given by their staff.nnChris informed me that they don’t provide assembly and could only give me the contact details of someone I could hire, at my own expense. I felt this response lacked accountability and empathy. In fact, the assistant manager showed far more understanding and problem-solving skills than the store manager, which was disappointing.nnI hope this feedback can be used constructively to improve how customer concerns are handled—particularly when errors occur on the store’s part.

Very Very bad service. Specifically Manager Name Chris , Very bad, Rude , Aggressive. Don’t know how to respond. How to Talk. We were here 2 times in a raw , We told him we been here already last week but he Chris said very badly way that I’m the manager & you can go somewhere else . We happy to spent over $ 1000 but now we r going somewhere else & spent .nNever ever go again
