I went there this week as a member of a party of 5. On the plus side the oysters were some of the best I have ever had; fries were outstanding and the bernaise sauce was top notch. Service was very efficient. Sadly the $50 sirloin I had was very poor. I ordered medium rare and it was virtually blue and it had zero taste. Was one of the worst and most overpriced steaks I have ever had, a sorry indictment for what is essentially a steak house. My colleague’s eye fillet was ordered medium rare but came out medium. Business lunch so no time to send back and re-order. How can a city business lunch steak in a steakhouse be this inconsistent. Ordered coffees but then told coffee machine was broken. I could not choose it for my next business lunch sadly.

One of my favourite places for a steak and a good bottle of wine in Sydney. Highly recommended
