More than just a training center... it becomes an extended family. Curious/interested? Book a free trial and find out for yourself! : I have done F45 in Australia, California, and tried 4 different locations when I moved to Christchurch. F45 Riccarton was by far the best, for many reasons; but a huge one was the special, family-like, welcoming vibe that makes it actually fun to come training.
F45 Riccarton-Simply the best & very impressed. The standard of F45 Riccarton trainers/coaches are of high quality & have created a great community spirit. Remembering my name, after 1st session, made me feel welcome & included. The F45 team are motivating, will correct/modify your technique, friendly & will push you without over doing it. The classes have great variety, are fun & challenging they include a cool down & stretch session after the class. Sessions will certainly increase your heart rate, get your blood pumping & you will see the results! To top off the experience, their music playlist’s are awesome & will help you work that little bit harder. I highly recommend training at F45 Riccarton Thank you F45 Riccarton - keep it up & keep moving: Robyn
good workout pushed me hard out
Disappointing seeing how many of the trainers are encouraging eating unsustainably and disordered eating. Disordered eating can effect someone for life so please consider what you can do better
My partner and I went for body scan,I paid 30 each one,and scan didn't work,I haven't got any information about our bodies...waste of time and money
i was eating lunch downstairsbut this place was making noise all the time. I can’t even eat.

Busy studio if you like the vibe of more people in the classes. Some seriously fit people there - as is with the F45 vibe! I went for two sessions during the open the week to try it out as its nearer to where I llive now than my usual F45. The Warm up wasn't led by staff which was ok as we knew what to do but there were other newbies who did Warm up. Follow the screens guys! t's certainly a well established studio in terms of gear. Very different vibe on both days I went. One pretty eccentric trainer shock!!! and the others were really onto it in terms of moving through the big number of people to correct form, encourage, swap out weights for you and the manager I think was checking in with other trainers around whether they thought a regular was going too hard/soft which was really cool to see. Also an epic finisher ever time which is what I really miss at my current studio. Because of the numbers I guess, there was time wasted between stations getting weight off and on the racks. I also appreciated not having to go round the room highing everyone else . I won't be switching because of the time thing, excentric trainer and there was Noone anywhere close to my age there so I felt rhat I wouldn't really get the community feel I get when I walk into my current studio - which I love honestly. I do wish they did finisher though...
