Very well maintained gym with new activities every other week. Tribe gyming was the latest i witnessed and it was awesome concept. Very helpful and skilled support staff. I will keep coming very time i visit Christchurch and would recommend everyone around this place especially the CBD folks. Keep up the good work Koha fitness team.

Amazing technology and simply fantastic equipment and classes. Offer indoor cycle classes, HIIT classes as well as group fitness and a towel service wow!

Great new gym aimed at the Corporate sector but anyone can join state of the art equipment with new interesting group classes, highly recommend this gym the only one in NZ.
