Every session is full of bucket loads of sweat, amazing staff who push you to the max EVERY TIME and just smiles all round.

I love working out at F45. The trainers are exceptional and are there to help you achieve your goals, push yourself, and make sure your form is spot on. Most importantly, they create a fantastic engaging environment, where all fitness levels are welcome and catered for. It truly is team training as the other participants encourage each other through the workout. I highly recommend giving the two week trial a go!

Honestly life changing. While I have always been active, once I left the world of organised sport I was at a bit of a loss as to what to do! After trying normal gyms, I couldn't get in the swing of things and struggled with motivation. I didn't like attending classes and didn't know what to do as I still wanted to stay active. F45 Christchurch has the BEST trainers, they are so accommodating and are not only just trainers but also friends and mentors, I can often go to any of the trainers for advice in any aspect of my life, not just training habits! The system of F45 enables me to get an effective workout in, in an efficient amount of time. I would recommend it to anyone, it doesn't matter about your level of fitness, anyone can give it a go and find it effective. Often one of the highlights of my day!

I have been at F45 for over a year. Before joining I had never really enjoyed the 'gym' environment. F45 changed this. The trainers are great and the environment they create is non-judgemental and super encouraging. The classes are varied and you always leave knowing you have worked hard.
I highly recommend everyone gives the 2 week trial a go, you won't be disappointed!

Great support from trainers. Although pricey compared to other gyms it is far cheaper than a personal trainer and results are clear. It’s good to know you can turn up for a workout and leave knowing you have worked out. They have 8 week challenges however it’s optional and costs no more if you choose to participate. (Excluding body scan) which can help set and measure goals for your training.
