F45 Christchurch City has vibe that is welcoming, fun and the trainers are super supportive. F45 has become a cornerstone of my fitness routine. The workouts are varied and challenging but also suitable for all levels of fitness. I highly recommend to anyone seeking effective workouts and a supportive environment.
This F45 studio is top class! The coaches are incredible and I really feel motivated to achieve my fitness goals. Such an easy access location and heaps of parking too, I highly recommend trying it out.PositiveQuality, Professionalism
Honestly life changing. While I have always been active, once I left the world of organised sport I was at a bit of a loss as to what to do! After trying normal gyms, I couldn't get in the swing of things and struggled with motivation. I didn't like attending classes and didn't know what to do as I still wanted to stay active. F45 Christchurch has the BEST trainers, they are so accommodating and are not only just trainers but also friends and mentors, I can often go to any of the trainers for advice in any aspect of my life, not just training habits! The system of F45 enables me to get an effective workout in, in an efficient amount of time. I would recommend it to anyone, it doesn't matter about your level of fitness, anyone can give it a go and find it effective. Often one of the highlights of my day!

F45 has completely changed my life and my attitude towards fitness. I absolutely love training at the City Studio. The trainers are super friendly, they are always there to support you and push you to do a bit more. Great workouts, great music, great community! I guess after nearly 6 years I can safely say I'm hooked. :
I have always kept myself pretty active but over the last couple of years have just been ticking along. I decided to give F45 Christchurch a go and will never look back. F45 enables me to get the most from my workouts in a short amount of time and sets me up for the day. I love how you just turn up and workout. To top it off the trainers are AMAZING and super motivating. Thanks Team!!
I’ve been going to F45 Christchurch City for a few months now and I really enjoy it. Coming from someone that really struggles to get motivated, I’m going almost every day! The coaches are amazing and so supportive and alter exercises to suit me and my body : Thanks for keeping me motivated team!
F45 Central City is the place to be! I visited Christchurch over the Christmas break and made it to a couple casual classes with Norm and Ryan as the trainers. They were super encouraging and keen to help with technique. As visitor, they made me feel incredibly welcome and part of the team. Looking forward to making it back down and joining for another class!
I had a great time working out here while travelling from out of town. The coaches were very welcoming and pushed me hard - they went the extra mile even though I’m not a regular of the club, cheers team!
I love working out at F45. The trainers are exceptional and are there to help you achieve your goals, push yourself, and make sure your form is spot on. Most importantly, they create a fantastic engaging environment, where all fitness levels are welcome and catered for. It truly is team training as the other participants encourage each other through the workout. I highly recommend giving the two week trial a go!
