A medium sized crossfit gym with friendly staff and a healthy class sizes. 

I dropped in for an early morning session and was warmly welcomed. Sessions went for an hour and during my visit included a gymnastic component (chin up ladder) and a metcon activity. 

Staff were welcoming and technically competent. There were about a dozen regulars at the 6am session and about the same at 7am. Everyone seemed enthusiastic and friendly. 

There are showers and change rooms at the gym.
