These guys have been around for years and really know what their doing. If you want to learn real skills that will stick with you for life they have to be your number one choice. Great classes from Children to Adults. Staff are really friendly to.

Good for all the family young and old. It doesn't matter on your fitness level to begin with because they will work on that with you. They welcome you to come along and watch or even join in for a trial session. There are other classes around the city if Annex road is out of your way, just ask. A friendly bunch that are happy to help.

Great place to get you started or carry on with your training. You can start at any level of fitness and work your way up. Loads of additional training courses you can sign up for. Small, very friendly and fun environment!

Yep, they're okay. The kickboxing team is pretty relaxed. I've headed back to them the most because you can sign up month by month which is handy for when the rest of life (injuries or projects interfere). The only weird side affect I've noticed over the years that I now associate some songs with burpees.

Whether you want fitness, self-defence, confidence building or to get in the ring one day, Proactive is great. It has it all and in a friendly atmosphere.
