Excellent boutique gym. Relatively quiet with all the gear you need. The team were super friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend this gym. The trainers are amazing, if you are just wanting a form check or some general advice they're always willing to help. Leanne and Sophie are awesome!
Lovely staff they make you feel welcome and they have great personal trainers.
Have been signed up for almost one year and the staff are very approachable and friendly. equipment is always clean and tidy. I like the circuits they change up weekly as it means less thinking for me. Easy parking and usual peak times I’ve found enough space and equipment to do a decent workout.
Friendly welcoming staff that are always there to help you out! Love training with PT Sophie. I have increased my fitness hugely and getting results Highly recommended!!
I love the approachable staff and it has all the equipment I need for my workout. My biggest problem is having enough time in between reps to pat the super friendly dog Benson.
Lovely team of happy, caring souls keen to assist, advise and encourage. Their personal goals the perfect motivator for me, I'm sure most who enjoy this vibrant space and awesome atmosphere. THANK-YOU.
When they firsr opened I got told to leave the gym just for asking what their biggest dumbell size was lol, such a disgrace
