Went to get the 55$ body scan and was told to go through the sliding door, I tried and it was locked as no one was at the desk, someone who was working out had to let me in then no one was at the desk to help me. The worst part about that was I was told to be there earlier than the scan to go over things. Thankfully for one of the PT ladies there, she was so helpful even though it wasn't her job to help me with this. Did the scan and couldn't log into one of the scanners and the PT had to contact someone to get the log in as it was a company log in to use the machine basically wasn't set up not the one I just created then I had to log in after that to use it. Was just very disappointing experience. I do recommend getting the scan just wish their customer service was better. Maybe ring ahead to make sure someone is actually there to help you.
Fantastic gym!! Staff and owners are super friendly and very helpful Always clean, no wait time to use equipment. Super happy l made the choice to come back!! And to my trainer Kerry you are bloody awesome
Fit24 is fantastic gym with just the right touches. - great range of modern equipment - wide range of classes - reasonably priced! - hygienic and tidy - awesome bathroom and shower facilities - lots of parking - approachable and friendly owners who make you feel like you're part on the gym family I cannot recommend this gym highly enough!
I have really enjoyed this gym, the staff and owners are friendly and professional. There is a large range of equipment that will be hard to find beat elsewhere. Nice and bright and clean.
AVOID THIS GYM AT ALL COSTS Are you ready to go back to highschool? Or even worse, primary school? This gym is owned and operated by two highschool teachers and they are ready to treat you like their naughty students. Have a suggestion for the gym? DETENTION! Want to ask for advice about training? DETENTION! Want to talk with your friends after gym class? You guessed it, DETENTION! These people treat their staff and their members poorly and I cannot support people that treat members in this way. In some cases, the owners refuse to pay their staff for months and months not that they pay them much in the first place, over charge members and refuse to refund over charges even when clear evidence is presented. The gym itself is old and run down, the equipment is old and mostly in a state of neglect and disrepair, the gym and facilities are dirty, grimy and severely flood in the winter. As if this isn’t bad enough, there is a significant rat infestation. This place is verging on a health hazard! For the money, you are far better off investing an extra few dollars to attend a more upmarket facility.
Hi can anyone join? are there qualified personal trainers there to assist and can they do a program for you? Sorry gave you a three star review as Ive never been there and thought I cant give you a 5 star review for the same reason? It was in between the ratings I guess so ill come down and have a chat many thanks for answering the questions sounds promising c u soon cheers
Excellent gym, great variety of equipment, never a wait for the machines I like to use, friendly staff, clean facilities. Highly recommend!
My daily haunt! Small but very cozy place and staff is always helpful and courteous. Almost like my second home during the week!
