I completed my Diploma of Remedial Massage in both Byron Bay and Brisbane campuses and loved the course. Having worked in the massage industry for years I really enjoyed upgrading my skills.

I’m the old student and keep calling to ask they said I need to up grade the class so I can get the healthfund and every time I call got deference answer finally I call they said I will have to finish course on end of April then they said my course have expired on last month I’m so angry want to get refund I told them prefer to contact by email so I can get documentation if talk on the phone they change all the time and I never finish this course By the way want to get refund and do something else or bring the money to do another school Loose time and more money on this school

Join the course when the medibank change rules. Students are informed school will contact us for upgrading the diploma. I have Bernini waiting about 10 months and had called back n asked for the course upgrading for four time but never get any feedback till my classmate ran into me somehow somewhere. Anyway, I called back and book the time but didn't realize I would need to work on that weekend. However, when I called back again to see if I can change other time but the lady on the phone said the school will charge 50$ if I wanna change the time. But they never inform that before the first time I called back and just tell me when is the time I need to go back. The diploma has taken me for 2 years to make it done( well, still not done so far) and the school has a poor communication with students. I feel I have paid so much but haven't got much back. Not effective and not professional. Very disappointed with the school. Think twice before u wanna join the school
