Overall a fantastic experience, and a great company to deal with. I bought my car a year and a half ago and am still having it serviced here. The customer service is outstanding, and the staff are very friendly and professional to deal with.

Excellent service department. Prices are lower than I expected, and I’ve found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Car has been very reliable. The service department was a major reason I bought a second Renault. Have always been able to get a loan car when booking in advance, which is a bonus.

At the beginning it looked like it was going to be a great experience.Then, it turns out that the sales guy was not giving an honest advice but just trying to make a bigger sale. Once I realised his intentions, I decided to go for my second option and bought a car of a different brand. Customers expect honest advices, someone to help them to make the best buy.

Horrible service from the day I brought the car. The car dealer (Kat) was very dismissive to my mother who spoke very little English. Made us feel uncomfortable, was denied to receive car service. The finance dude was unprofessional who hand us a HAND WRITTEN receipt of the car after we purchased it for $30,500 cash! We had to go back and get a proper written receipt and proof of purchase! Staff seem to have an attitude problem where they tend to blame you first before actually trying to sort out the issue! There is a lot of going back and forth without any clear resolutions. My car needs servicing- I told them that this needs to be done prior to purchasing it, Kat (the sales lady) completely snobbed my mother about it and insisted that we don’t need it and only need it at once we reach 30,000km! I purchase this car at 10,500km in January (only two months ago!) and it need to be serviced already. Now the sales manager of that place wants to look at the contract before servicing it on their end, which I think is whack! Because I told him that his staff Kat wouldn’t allow it to be on the contract and made us a verbal promise! I’m insisting them to check the camera as my mother and I have continuously discuss the servicing of this vechile! I wouldn’t recommend buying from this place .. horrible experience.

Made a deal on a "brand new" van, showed up with the cheque in my hand to pick it up. Someone had done the worst patch up paint job on the side of it. No one would take responsibility for the trying to deliver a defective product. They did offer to fix it...But come on give me a break, it's supposed to be new. Needless to say I left with my cheque to find a new van.
