Was gifted a gift card and went there for my first experience. Atmosphere was ultra calming and the staff were really kind. I came earlier because I didn't receive a notification about my appointment being pushed back and they were really nice about it. They were so considerate to push things around so they could do it back on my original time even though I was happy to wait. Thank you!!  The person who did my treatment was also really calm and understanding of my needs. I would definitely recommend getting your endota experience here!

I had a relaxation massage with Ayu and she was absolutely fantastic. The whole experience was five star, I would definitely recommend her.

I had the most beautiful massage at Endota Malvern recently! The therapist did a thorough consultation and gave me some great tips to try at home. The beds were warm and cozy and the scents used were delightful. The manager checked me out and helped me pick out some products that suit my skin. Thank you all :

Just dropped in to Endota spa Malvern to buy my sister-in-law a spa for being so kind to us. Website says closes at 5:30, a client is leaving at 5:20pm as I’m walking in, and the girl refuses to serve me. She says she’s rung off the till and won’t even take credit card. Great service that is!!!

This is easily the best place I've been to in all my time undergoing treatment. The staff are incredible, especially the girl on the phone who was absolutely brilliant in helping me choose the right treatment for my sore and tight muscles. I had no idea endota did claimable massage, i honestly thought i could only have relaxation massage there. Extremely professional in making my experience the best it could be, and really helped me to feel comfortable as I hadn't been to a spa for treatment in a previously. I not only recommend this place, but I'll definitely be making regular visits now and very much look forward to each and every one of them. Cheers ladies.

Booked for a treatment over a month ahead. Got a booking confirmation message a few days out from the appointment, followed by a call cancelling the booking and telling me if I wanted to rebook, I would need to wait another month. Considering it was party of a birthday gift and no alternative except to wait another month was provided, I found this very poor customer service

Elle from Endota in Malvern was just absolutely delightful during my hot stone treatment yesterday afternoon. She was incredible!! Didnt miss a spot and was so careful and considerate - I even nodded off! She made me feel like a newborn baby. She's amazing! Thanks Elle and staff at Malvern store :
