If you need a remedial massage after training then these are the guys to see! As a personal trainer I am often asked who is the best in town. In Balance mobile massage. To know all I need to do is rest in my own home after a massage is absolute bliss.

Absolutely thrilled to be able to receive a quality massage treatment without having to leave the house 🙈 I have seen Caitlin and her staff regularly for the past 2 years and have always found them to be friendly, knowledgable therapists and the ease of being able to book online is perfect. Would definitely recommend! A++

My treatments have been so wonderful with InBalance. I suffer from migraines and Caitlin and her magic hands have been treating me preventatively with great results. Not only that I feel completely blissed out after the treatment! Importantly though is just how comfortable the girls make you feel around them, so friendly and warm. I would highly recommend!

Being a therapist myself finding time to get my own aches and injuries treated is never easy! Caitlin the head of the in balance team and close friend of mine, came and gave both myself and mum an in home treatment that was perfect!! Mum was left very relaxed and my back pain was very much relieved!!! Do yourself a favor and book yourself an in-home treatment you will not regret it!!!
