I’m high maintenance nails-lashes-waxing on high rotation. I’ve been a customer here for over a year, and at times I’ve tried other nail and lash bars from high end to basic - this is the best. All the women who work here are professional, precise and courteous and they really care about the results they produce for everyone. All the work is a very high standard. Highly recommend

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I had a pedicure there, and the nail polish was blotchy and so poorly done. After two hours being there I was told to come back later to have them redone. 

Later that day my toes started to swell and become inflamed and red. Both my big toes are now infected, swollen and very sore. 

DO NOT GO HERE! They have terrible customer service and will not do anything to remedy their mistakes. They are unprofessional, unreliable and dirty! Will never be going back.

Tina Eyelashes is exceptionally unreliable and unprofessional. The girls often make customers wait beyond their booked appointment time as they book far too many clients and are understaffed. I was a loyal customer of theirs who, when they couldn’t do eyelash refills at Bentleigh travelled to Ringwood to continue providing them with regular business. In return, I have had aggravation and been disappointed by their service on multiple occasions.

I once waited 45 minutes after my appointment to have service. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked how much longer? Only to be pacified and told she will be with me soon. Tina, the owner, often promises customers a discount and doesn’t relay this information to her staff. Her staff then charge a standard price even though you were promised a cheaper rate. Honestly, I’d rather pay the full price if it meant a reliable and professional service. The lack of communication in their business unfortunately solely effects the customer and not the business at all. To all potential customers, I strongly urge you to go elsewhere and save yourself the stress!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. After purchasing a Groupon voucher, I spoke with the company asking to make a booking. They explained they had availability and asked me to wait until they accessed the appointment book. Once they came back, I explained I had a voucher that I would like to use. They then hesitated and explained they were too busy, and that Groupon should not be selling anymore vouchers. They suggested I call Groupon and ask for a refund and then to rebook directly through them. My refund would take at least 7 days and I am departing Melbourne tomorrow which I explained to the lady over the phone. This did not bother her despite suggesting that it was not my issues and I would like to redeem the voucher I just purchased. They preceded to  argue with me in which I explained their customer service was appalling. I can only imagine the cheap products they use if this is their attitude towards customers. Absolutely disgusting and would not recommend. I have since reported this to Groupon to investigate as now I have to wait 7 days for a refund!

As far as nail salons go, nothing to complain about.
Booked with Groupon, came in, got a Mani Pedi, nails look good.
