It is a big seven-storey shopping centre. It has lots of shops with clothes, shoes, and more. There are also cafes and restaurants. The place is clean and easy to walk around. I enjoyed shopping here.

The female toilets on the groundfloor near Loccitane etc stores are so poorly maintained. I was there only on Wednesday 19 November and I went to use the toilet. None of the latches in any of the toilets work. One latch was totally missing. The disabled toilet door doesnt even close and no latch. This is seen in third world countries. This is so so poor. The cleanliness is another issue its awful. I just returned from Thailand and everywhere we went the toilets and facilities were first class. So so disgusted.

I arrived just after 9am. There was nobody at the information desk. There was no directory anywhere. I wandered around for half an hour, looking for a shop that had this place as its address. Eventually I stumbled across a cleaner who said most stores don't open until 10am and suggested an approximate location of the store I was looking for. I hope I never need to find another shop in this precinct.
