Staff were very helpful, we found what we needed very quickly. Have been here several times. They may not be cheap, but what they have is quality!
This morning on the advice of my health advisor my husband and I went to the store with the intention of purchasing a chair which may have assisted with my pain management. I was advised to purchase the chair with the most knobs and adjustments and to have the "boys" there instruct me on the use of same. We looked at chairs for over 10 minutes and unfortunately the "boys" did not bother to enquire as to the reason for our visit at all so we left empty handed. I hope that their employer gives them further instruction in customer service.

I've purchased office furniture through Empire Office Furniture on a few occasions, each time they have exceeded my expectations. I've had them deliver & setup furniture, and also picked up furniture myself from their store - the staff at Woolloongabba are always very helpful.

I was given two different quotes by the same salesperson, the first quote was given verbally and when asked to put it in writing the price was increased. Salesperson refused to honour the initial price. Took my business elsewhere due to misleading conduct and their refusal to honour the initial quote given.
Over the years I have purchased products from Empire and they have always been good to deal with. But this past week they went way beyond what one could expect from a business. More than 10 years ago I purchased an office chair from them and it is extremely comfortable but over the years the arm wrests have deteriorated with use. As I wanted to keep the chair I tried to have them reupholster but this could not be done. On the off chance I rang Empire Office Furniture Woolloongabba to see if they could help. Dealt with the wonderful Adrianne and they went out of the way to help including searching the warehouse for old arm wrests. They then invited me to bring my chair in to see if they could get them to fit. Success and I am typing this review sitting in my favourite chair with new arms. Not only did they find some to fit but they fitted them for me. What did they charge - $65-00!! Thank you Adrianne and Empire Office Furniture Woolloongabba.
