Empire Rockhampton, taking pride of place on the finest riverfront site in Central Queensland, is a $65 million apartment hotel; residential, and retail development. Fabulous base to have in Rockhampton. My apt was spacious, clean and quiet. Beautiful view over the river. Kitchen is well equipped plus restaurants downstairs if you don’t want to cook. Free carpark and wifi.
We were extremely happy with our stay at the Empire. A prerequisite this time was secure parking, I paid a tad extra for a two bedroom suite which gave us extra parking security on the 2nd basement, which doesn't offer public access. This Hotel is perfectly located, Coles is over the road and we had a exceptional experience at Pacino's Italian restaurant, which is in the hotel complex.nThe rooms were spacious, comfortable, very clean and they had everything you could ever want.nThanks to Maddi and the girls on the front desk for going out of your way. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Stayed one night for business but rooms are very nice and well appointed. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Right on the river, bustling restaurants right down stairs and a short walk to the Criterion hotel and the city. Less than 10 minutes back to the airport.
HAVE A READ PLEASE Only went over to the empire apartment hotel for a seminar. The food was delicious and the coffee nice and hot. The seminar tons are spacious and very clean. Was a private function so not much i can say about the rooms etc. Cheers big ears
Very nice apartment, fully equipped with cooking facilities, full size fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, dishwasher etc.nReally comfy bed, beautiful bathroom, lots of seating, two TV's, free wifi, undercover parking,3 restaurants downstairs and a pool and gym.nWould have given 5 Stars but it had a really crappy balcony, not much room to move and no view unless you stood up.nDon't go on floor 1 if you want a decent view.nStaff are friendly we will come back.
