Absolutely amazing experience here! I’ve just started out on the vegan lifestyle and these guys really sold it for me! The service was excellent - they were super helpful in informing me what everything was and helping me go from there, the food came out very quickly and I’m not sure I’ve had better nachos, vegan or not!! Overall an amazing experience and I 100% recommend!!

It’s so awesome to have vegan options and some of the concepts and flavours at Elixiba are fantastic but my partner and I have had a number of bad experiences with the Robina restaurant. This includes poor service in store which deterred us from dining in and particularly careless/sloppy food prep on take away. It’s really hard to justify the very $$ food when it’s thrown together, over or undercooked.

I had a meal before at Elixiba and I was happy with it but today I ordered my burger that never arrived. I asked about it around 30 minutes after ordering since they said there was a wait of 25 minutes for food which was fine with me. I noticed that the server didn't check the kitchen after I ask about my burger. After 50 minutes waiting for my burger, I had enough and that is not acceptable and ask for my money back.

I sent an email booking inquiry on Saturday night for a dinner reservation for my daughters 17th birthday for tonight (Monday). Our group has vegans in it and I thought this place would be the perfect setting. I hadn’t heard anything back to confirm the booking by Monday lunchtime so I rang Robina Elixiba and spoke with the manager Kellie-Anne. Apparently they are closed Monday nights (as of two weeks ago) however their mobile app doesn’t reflect this change and nobody bothered to call or email me regarding my booking. You had two (2) whole days to respond to my email inquiry but nothing. Sorry was the only response I received. Well I’m sorry Elixiba Robina, but you lost me before I even had a chance to sample your menu. How about you focus on customer service a little more in the future.

Delicious! Loved the humble burger W/ fries and the flavour they got into the edamame was amazing. Great Kola drink too. I can't wait to try more. I also enjoyed the interior deco. Inspired vegan food.
