Looks nice but the taste isn't that good. I've ordered the tonkatsu pork broth original miso, number 6. I was so hungry and excited but was disappointed as the soup is too salty, can't taste the pork broth. Though the pork was cooked very well, it was tender and flavorful. The lady at the counter was nice too.
Stopped by The Kitchens in Robina Town Centre on the way home from NSW to Brisbane for a spot of ramen: * black miso ramen, $18 * mini seasoned rice, $4 The ramens at Muso Ramen come in either pork or chicken based broths, including a clear chicken broth option. The tonkotsu pork bone broth that comes with the black miso ramen was very thick and full of collagen. You also get half a ramen egg and some rectangular slices of cha shu with nice bite which I prefer to the thin, round slices typical in other places. Overall the dish is on the pricier side for food court ramen, and this is also reflected in the pricing for extras eg. kaedama extra noodle is $2.50, takana mustard leaf and ramen egg are $3 each. But you can’t deny that this is a pretty flavour-packed dish and the home made noodles are quite good too. The rice is normally $5 but there’s a slight discount when purchased with a ramen. It was a good sized serve for the boy who prefers rice to noodles. The thickness of the broth here may not be to everyone’s tastes wifey liked it, but another friend in our group found it too thick. Worth a try to see if it’s to your liking.
Nice yummy Ramen but small portion Got some beers on tap Nice friendly service ~
We went to muso ramen in the Robina Town Centre which is in the food court, but their ramen was yum! Ok, the egg was a bit of a fail, but they had this Tokyo Soy ramen chicken clear bone broth with slices of the most tender and flavoursome pork belly and chicken slices. It was soooo good. I added extra veggies in mine to make it a bit healthier . Hubby really enjoyed his spicy miso pork mince noodles too!
Eat @ Muso in Mermaid all the time and love it. Came to Robina and had the spicy miso and it was terrible. Noodles tasted like they had just been cut out of a plastic vacuum pack. They were brittle, oily, and rubbery. The broth wasn't the same either... but all for the same price. Wouldn't eat here again unfortunately
It's probably my favorite ramen joint down the Gold Coast. This round we got the Black Garlic Tonkotstu Ramen, the Spicy Miso Ramen and some pork gyoza . The Tonkotstu broth was creamy, rich and super flavorsome. The ramen noodles were springy and the charsu was fatty and . Can't go wrong with their gyoza and the spicy ramen tasted amazing with mince bits and a spicy broth
Ramen too salty and spicy ramen too much oil! Definitely doesn't taste anywhere near as good as the one in Broadbeach, give me oily carb crash, feels gross!! ‍
Muso Ramen and Gyoza awesome Ramen! Recommended by my nephew. His dad had the "Spicy Miso" and he says the noodles were nice and broth very tasty. The Pan fried Pork Gyoza: "My Uncle said "The Gyozas were 100% enjoyable, weren't too juicy & weren't too dry, they were just right."
Amazing Ramen! My wife and I absolutely loved it. We love trying new and different Ramen restaurants wherever we go and found Muso Ramen and Gyoza Bar to be right up there with the best. We both had the Tonkotsu Ramen with miso base and enjoyed it all! Would also highly recommend the pan-fried pork gyoza too!!
I had the Chicken paitan when they opened the shop in the Robina shopping center. Then I tried it again today. I asked to make the soup hot, it was good But I smelled something fishy Soup?? Or the tray wasn’t washed well??? It was not a big thing but I was wondering the soup is really from the chicken???????? It’s not bad but not good…… The noodle was ok I was confused what is right for the paitan soup
