The burgers are fair to good but a bit messy/soggy to eat.nHouse sauce was nice.nThe serviettes are small so you need alot of them to wipe the mess.nThe custard ice cream milkshakes are great.nStaff not too friendly and whilst I was eating could hear them cussing in the kitchen.nEnjoyed being entertained by the birds wondering sound.nNot a bad spot but also not great listening to the renos going on next door.
Leo was such a polite and nice young man. His great attitude and kindness really stood out!nHe provided excellent service and made my experience pleasant. I can't say much for the fries. The fries absorbed too much oil, probably because they pre-cook them. I had to use tissue to soak up the oil from the fries.
The customer service team still hasn't responded to my phone calls or contact online, this stores phone number doesn't work, and the current special on Tuesdays with buy 1 burger and get 1 for $2 isn't available on the app- although the email and Facebook advertising says it is, even the staff couldn't even find it. Absolutely horrendous experience
Great food. Great service. Thanks to Leo for having eye to detail wiping down the table before we sit and making sure everything was right.
Amazing!!! Always enjoy the food here our favourite chocolate hazelnut donut ice cream is heaven!!! Onion rings are crispy & tasty. And burgers are “The best”nLove their service too, staffs are really well mannered and welcoming.
