AMAZING!!!!! I LOVE THIS YUM CHA!!! Check out Groupon they have some awesome deals atm!

After multiple instances of bad service and average food, gave it one last crack and rolled up at 8:30pm on Saturday after checking the web which said 10am to 10pm and they were "closed".

I'm Asian and all you round-eyes know to check with us first. Take the advice, find somewhere else.

Not the same as last year.  They've moved location a few doors down.  No welcome, no reservation checked.  "Well - what are you going to do about the fifth person?" (despite a note from us as we reserved stating we were a group of 5) Most seat covers dirty - when we asked for a clean one, we were told it was actually clean, despite multiple food stains!  If that was "clean", we wondered what the cleanliness standards were in the kitchen!

Good quick food. Staff were professional. The menu could do with a bit of an update otherwise I recommend.
