BEWARE. I was advised my conveyancing was basic work. When i was charged 5 times the original quote i was told it was now a complex job without ever being advised. I received a massive bill hours before settlement with no forewarning. Eliadis is a sub standard service. The only 5 star review on here is an employee. I felt bullied and received appauling treatment. I do not reccomend.
Completely overcharged and took advantage of my recently widowed mother. Ridiculous fees - charged x 5 times what quoted and was never advised. Do no use these solicitors!!!
Great firm and staff. I continue to refer my colleagues to the team at Eliadis.
