They are competent, but after a brief conversation with them and despite signing nothing, not agreeing to anything, or even receiving a listing of their rates - I received a huge bill in the mail! Being lawyers, I was too scared to dispute it. So either go somewhere less money hungry or don't even go near them without them signing a declaration that they won't charge without first warning you. Obviously I dropped all work I had intended to do with them.

Excellent law advice who specialize in the non-profit sector & property development! Very approachable lawyers who really appreciate their clients best interests!
