Marni and her team at Elders were fantastic when trying to sell my property. I had a lot of trouble trying to sell my property until I enlisted Marni's help. Marni put together a package to sell the property at a price that I was happy with and got it done in a quick and efficient manner. Marni is very friendly and personable while also being very efficient and hard working. She really does go the extra mile and it shines through.

My experience with Marnie Hill began in December 2013 at which time I was relocating from NSW and Marnie managed most of the purchase on my behalf with such professionalism that I contacted her again when selling the same unit approx August 2017, Marnie managed to sell my unit in one week and through all of my stress she enabled me to relax and enjoy the ride. She is a credit to Elders and has been constant and thorough working with high work ethics in her role and in my business dealings. Our agent at ELDERS BROWN and BANKS was awesome. She was on time for the inspection, the house was spick and span and all the questions we had were answered with clarity and alacrity. At our second inspection nothing rattled the agent and even our unusual special requests were conveyed to the vendors and responded to promptly. My wife and I have nothing but praise for the work the agent and principals of Elders Brown and Banks undertook to satisfy our requirements. We are extremely happy the way the inspection, negotiation and sale completion were undertaken. Thank you Mr Banks. Christopher Morris
